I started my real estate career as an agent by hanging my license in Southern California in 1988. I have always believed (and joked) that if II could survive the California real estate recession of 89-90, I was prepared for anything this mercurial business had to offer. I started selling both residential and vacant land and further honed my skills in commercial & industrial when I moved to Northern California.
