Jackie has lived in the Skagit & Island County areas since 1993, and has a keen knowledge of all they have to offer. Her husband Tom is employed at the Tesoro Refinery here in Anacortes, and he and Jackie, along with their son Will and Daughter Katy are very involved i n the community and their church.
